izzy+ moves branded furniture manufacturing; sister company Dake to supply OE furniture customers
Parent company JSJ Corp. leverages business resources for growth
SPRING LAKE, Mich. - January 15, 2010 - izzy+ will relocate its branded product
manufacturing by the end of 2010 as part of parent company JSJ Corporation’s
continuing effort to leverage business resources for growth.
As a result, furniture for the izzy, Fixtures Furniture and ABCO brands of izzy+ will be
manufactured at the company’s facility in Florence, Alabama. Seating products under
the izzy, HÅG, Harter and Zoom Seating brand names will be manufactured and
assembled at the izzy+ site in Middlebury, Indiana. The corporate headquarters for
izzy+ remains in Spring Lake, Michigan.
JSJ Corporation’s Dake business, based in Grand Haven, Mich., will assume
responsibility of the manufacturing operations in Spring Lake, which will be dedicated
to original equipment manufacturing (OEM) of furniture and components for other
companies.

local workforce to operate the Spring Lake manufacturing facility under its

focus our people and assets more effectively on our branded products for future
growth. It also allows Dake, a well-known brand in the machine tool industry and a
current provider of OEM casting products, with an opportunity to expand its
capabilities and reach out to new customers."
