New Sideways seating from HÅG by izzy promotes active sitting in the workplace

CHICAGO - June 2008 - Open up to the people around you - along any of the 180 degrees available - with ergonomically optimized Sideways from HÅG by izzy.
This new task or stacking chair takes meetings seriously by opening the personal scope of movement with sideways sitting that feels as natural as the conventional forward focus.
While it invites variation of movement with a balanced tilt and beveled seat, HÅG Sideways also instills harmony through a soft grid of texture and color. Its clean, human-centered design features an armrest that doubles as a handle behind the plastic or upholstered back.
A friend to the environment, HÅG Sideways is GREENGUARD and ISO 14025 certified, with a polished four-star base made from 100 percent recycled aluminum. The stackable sled-base model is made of recycled polypropylene as well as brushed stainless steel that is more than 50 percent recycled. In total, this chair is 98 percent recyclable.
The grid back and chair seat are available in black, ochre, sand and olive with a standard black armrest / back handle. The upholstered back is optional, with more than 100 textile choices available.
